We cooperate with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to research, develop and manufacture biomass boilers that use wood chips, straws, palm shells, mesocarp fiber, empty fruit bunch (EFB) fiber, rice husk and other wastes as fuels in order to achieve zero carbon dioxide emissions.

Introduction

Membrane wall structure is adopted around the furnace and downlink flue with good sealing performance and low heat loss. The large cross section and high furnace structure are adopted to reduce the gas flow rate in the furnace so that the flue gas can stay in the furnace for sufficient time. The advanced crossbar grate with the back arch of the optimized design makes the slag burn out high, so the boiler thermal efficiency is high.

The two boiler product design invention patents studied by Xi'an Jiaotong University were adopted. The beam type grate was used, the failure rate was low, and the light furnace wall structure was adopted, and the heat preservation performance was good. The boiler adopts the secondary air turbulent combustion design idea and the fly ash high temperature separation + fly ash internal circulation fluidization reburning technology, and the boiler efficiency is high.

  • The boiler adopts a unique water circulation structure, the drum is free from heat and the heated water flows in one direction. In the event of a power outage, the water system does not vaporize and the water circulation is safe and reliable.

  • All around the boiler proper is made of welded membrane walls, and the steel structure is completely sealed to prevent the occurrence of air leakage. The upper part of the boiler can be divided according to the size of the railway transportation limit. The excess air coefficient after the heating surface of the boiler tail is only less than 1.2, which not only reduces the heat loss of the exhaust fumes, reduces the power consumption of the induced draft fan, but also greatly reduces the environmental pollution of the boiler house.
